The commercial project we showcase is located in Cottonwood, a neighboring town to Flagstaff. It features a Tenant improvement project of a plumbing and appliance showroom. This features a complete transformation of old office spaces into the beautiful plumbing and appliance showroom you see here. The project involved the complete demolition of the existing space and the construction of all new systems to implement the functional displays.

From Empty Space to Vibrant New Restaurant
The commercial project that follows is also just outside Cottonwood. It shows a new Local Juice bar restaurant we built out in an empty space. The new owners needed to upgrade the empty space and bring their new vision. This included all new construction from the ground floor up, and custom finishes to bring the new clean and vibrant space together.
